PROMO: Load up, Convert and you shall receive!

Simula 3pm ng August 13, 2009 hanggang 3pm ng Sep 13, 2009, eto ang makukuha mong libreng items pag nag load-up ka.

Note: Bundled 700(Premium+Gametime) is for NEW CHAOS server only.


REDEMPTION PROCESS (Paano kunin ang libreng items):
1. If you converted credits before the prize claim cut-off time (3:00PM) you can claim your prize in-game through the Cool
Event NPC, Torsen located at Alberta (148, 60) within the day.

Ex. Player converted 350 credits at 8:30AM on August 16. Player can get his Free in-game Item from Torsen anytime after 6:00 PM on August 16.

2. If you converted credits to game or ROK points after the prize claim cut-off time (3:00PM) you can claim your prize in-game through the Cool Event NPC, Torsen located at Alberta (148, 60) anytime after 6:00 PM the next day.

Ex. Player converted 350 credits to game or rok points at 4:00PM on August 16. Player can get his Free in-game item from Torsen anytime after 6:00PM on August 17.

3. A confirmation message will appear in your MyLU inbox.

How to avail the FREE name change:

Name Change coupon is available to Bundled Premium and Gametime 700 only and will be inserted through Cool Event NPC in Alberta.
** The character that holds the Scroll of Identification will be the character whose name will be changed.

How to request for a Name Change:
a. Get your FREE “Scroll of Identification” from the Cool Event NPC in Alberta.
b. File a ticket under Account Information applying for a Change Name for Ragnarok Online.
c. Player must give the following details for the name change to be done:
a. Username
b. Server
c. Character name
d. Job class
e. Base Level
f. Job Level
g. Proposed New Names (give 5, in order of priority)
d. Just wait for a minimum of 5 working days for your name to be changed.
e. For invalid proposed new names, applicant will be informed through LU Customer Support. Mechanics for Name Change request:
a. Name Change can only be done once every month per account.
b. Character must be offline for a successful Name Change to occur. If character is online, pRO GM will summon the character for verification.
c. The Player must include the top 5 names he/she wants to allow for taken names.
d. Guild Masters cannot have a name change to avoid bugs with the guild skills. (Guild Master has to break guild for them to qualify)
e. Players who will have their names changed must leave their guild, party and un-equip all items prior to having their names changed.
f. Vulgar names are not allowed.
g. Characters with pending RO Policy violations are subject to GM’s approval.
h. No ASCII characters allowed in the new name.
i. Maximum of 23 characters (with or without space) is allowed.
j. Must use own My Level Up CS account where the game account being requested is linked.
k. pRO GM’s will compile the list of old and new names of the character(s) for future reference.
